Hoppy Water

List of Ingredients:
- 7g hop pellets (Centennial and/or Mosiac and/or Cascade)
- 7g lime juice
- 7g sugar
Procedure:
- measure lime juice and sugar into a ~500mL vessel
- measure hop pellets into a pour-over coffee filter
- bring at least 500mL of water up to 180°F
- use an electric kettle with a 'Green Tea' setting
- pour 500mL of water through the hop pellets into the vessel
- use the same technique that you would for pour-over coffee
- store the hop concentrate in the fridge for up to a month
- to make hoppy water, mix 1oz of hop concentrate into ~12oz of carbonated water
